A bespoke hat created by the "Mad Hatter" for Singkiang in her studio Atelier Carpe Diem.

The components started with an antique Uzbekistan man's skull cap from Tashkent, which was overlaid with remnants of the segusha used on our Uzbekistan jacket.  We then added an original beaded Turkoman tassels with silver beads.
